Kendriya Vidyalaya AFS High grounds chandigarh is one of the premier Kendriya Vidyalayas in the region. The school is stretched over sprawling green environment that is conducive for the intellectual growth of students .The building is imposing, with pollution free environment.
The school is equipped with modern infrastructure . School has 3 computer labs, IP lab is high tech lab for senior secondary students with 20 computer installed in it. Other two computer labs are for Primary and Secondary Students. Vidyalaya has 3 well equipped science labs physics lab, chemistry lab and biology lab.It also has a junior science lab.
Vidyalaya has a very rich library .It has around 8000 books 34 journal & periodicals .It also has a multimedia room with LCD projector etc.
Then we have a very active guidance and counseling cell .In primary section there is a resource room which is well equipped with teaching aids, audio-visual aids, maps, projects, puppets etc.while secondary section houses activity rooms, art and craft, music, sports etc. |
